为了给河北省某水泥厂生产的水泥熟料性能的改进提供基础依据,通过工艺矿物学研究查明了水泥熟料中的矿物种类、含量及矿物特征。发现一线熟料中A矿多呈受溶蚀的棱角状,少量B矿具有短而粗的交叉双晶纹;二线熟料中A矿局部呈受溶蚀的棱角状,部分含有B矿,少量B矿呈边毛状且黑色中间体呈他形粒状或片状;三线熟料有轻微的黄心现象,A矿粒径差异较大并含有方镁石包裹体,黑色中间体呈他形片状。根据研究结果,指出了要改进水泥熟料生产工艺主要应从做好控制冷却速度、煅烧温度及掺合料拌和均匀程度三方面入手。

In order to provide a basic basis for improving the performance of portland cement clinker of the cement plant in Hebei Province, all kinds of cement clinker minerals, content and mineral features were found out by process mineralogy research. The results show that the A mine in the first line of clinker is more angular by dissolution and a small amount of B mine have double crystal grain which is short and thick. The A mine in the second-line clinker present angular by dissolution and a part of them contain B mine. A small amount of B mine show flagelliform and small black intermediates show irregular sheets. The clinker of the third line has a slight yellow heart phenomenon. The A mineral partical size are different and contain periclase inclusions. The black intermediates show irregular sheets too. According to the process mineralogy findings, it is indicated that improving the performance needs to optimize the cooling velocity, calcinations temperature and admixture mixing uniformity.
