当前，中国发展已经进入整体化阶段。在内外环境都发生了深刻变化的情况下，内敛型的陆疆治理理念、一元式的治理结构、碎片化的治理手段以及族际主义的治理模式已然不能适应时代形势。因此，传统的陆地边疆治理体系必须进行转型，并构建起现代型的治理体系。而陆疆治理体系转型和重构的最终实现，有赖于治理结构、治理模式和治理能力等多个路径的综合推进。
噹前，中國髮展已經進入整體化階段。在內外環境都髮生瞭深刻變化的情況下，內斂型的陸疆治理理唸、一元式的治理結構、碎片化的治理手段以及族際主義的治理模式已然不能適應時代形勢。因此，傳統的陸地邊疆治理體繫必鬚進行轉型，併構建起現代型的治理體繫。而陸疆治理體繫轉型和重構的最終實現，有賴于治理結構、治理模式和治理能力等多箇路徑的綜閤推進。

China′s current development has entered a whole stage.In the case of internal and external environment having profoundly changed,the restrained concept of land frontier,the single governance structure,fragmented governance and the model of inter-ethnic doctrine already can not meet the need of the situation.Therefore,the traditional governance must be reconstructed and the modern gov-erning system must be built.The transformation and reconstruction of governing system ultimately depends on multiple paths of govern-ance structure,governance pattern and governance capabilities.
