目的：优选定痛宁颗粒中川芎与细辛挥发油的提取和包合工艺。方法采用L9（34）正交试验法，以挥发油提取量为指标，优选挥发油的提取工艺；以包合物收得率和挥发油包合率为指标，优选β－环糊精（β－CD）的包合工艺。结果挥发油提取最佳工艺为：加8倍量水，浸泡1 h，提取6 h；包合最佳工艺为：挥发油∶采用饱和水溶液法，β－CD为1∶8，在50℃包合1．5 h，包合温度为。结论优选的挥发油提取及包合工艺稳定可行。

목적：우선정통저과립중천궁여세신휘발유적제취화포합공예。방법채용L9（34）정교시험법，이휘발유제취량위지표，우선휘발유적제취공예；이포합물수득솔화휘발유포합솔위지표，우선β－배호정（β－CD）적포합공예。결과휘발유제취최가공예위：가8배량수，침포1 h，제취6 h；포합최가공예위：휘발유∶채용포화수용액법，β－CD위1∶8，재50℃포합1．5 h，포합온도위。결론우선적휘발유제취급포합공예은정가행。
Objective To optimize the extraction and inclusion condition of volatile oil from Chua-nxiong and Xixin in Dingtongning granule.Methods By orthogonal design of L9 ( 34 ) , the study were carried out with orthogonal experiment.With the volume of volatile oil as the target mark-ers,the optimum conditions were determined for extraction of the volatile oil.With the recovery rate of inclusion and the volatile oil inclusion rate as the target marker the conditions for inclu-ding the oil were optimized.Results The optimized extraction conditions were:the water was 8 times,the medical material should be extracted for 6h with soaking 1.5 h.The optimal inclusion conditions were:applying the saturated aqueous solution method,the oil and proportion of β-CD was 8 ∶1,temperature was 50℃ for inclusion,and the time was1.5 h.Conclusion The opti-mum conditions for extra-ction and inclusion are steady and feasible.
