Anti-peptic ulcer drugs%consumption sum%DDDs%DDC
目的：了解我院抗消化性溃疡药的应用情况与发展趋势，为临床用药提供参考。方法采用回顾性分析法，对2012－2014年我院抗消化性溃疡药的销售金额、用药频度（ DDDs）、日均费用（ DDC）等数据进行统计和分析。结果2012－2014年我院抗消化性溃疡药的销售金额逐年增长；销售金额最高的药物为注射用奥美拉唑钠；DDDs最高的药物为注射用泮托拉唑钠；DDC值最高的药物为注射用埃索美拉唑钠。 B／A值接近于1．0的药物有铝碳酸镁片、瑞巴派特片等。结论我院抗消化性溃疡药使用基本合理，与当前临床用药趋势一致。
目的：瞭解我院抗消化性潰瘍藥的應用情況與髮展趨勢，為臨床用藥提供參攷。方法採用迴顧性分析法，對2012－2014年我院抗消化性潰瘍藥的銷售金額、用藥頻度（ DDDs）、日均費用（ DDC）等數據進行統計和分析。結果2012－2014年我院抗消化性潰瘍藥的銷售金額逐年增長；銷售金額最高的藥物為註射用奧美拉唑鈉；DDDs最高的藥物為註射用泮託拉唑鈉；DDC值最高的藥物為註射用埃索美拉唑鈉。 B／A值接近于1．0的藥物有鋁碳痠鎂片、瑞巴派特片等。結論我院抗消化性潰瘍藥使用基本閤理，與噹前臨床用藥趨勢一緻。
목적：료해아원항소화성궤양약적응용정황여발전추세，위림상용약제공삼고。방법채용회고성분석법，대2012－2014년아원항소화성궤양약적소수금액、용약빈도（ DDDs）、일균비용（ DDC）등수거진행통계화분석。결과2012－2014년아원항소화성궤양약적소수금액축년증장；소수금액최고적약물위주사용오미랍서납；DDDs최고적약물위주사용반탁랍서납；DDC치최고적약물위주사용애색미랍서납。 B／A치접근우1．0적약물유려탄산미편、서파파특편등。결론아원항소화성궤양약사용기본합리，여당전림상용약추세일치。
Objective To investigate the status quo and developmental tendency of the use of anti-peptic ulcer drugs in our hospital and to provide the clinical reference for rational use.Meth-ods We retrospectively collected and analyzed the consumption sum,DDDs and DDC of anti-peptic ulcer drugs in our hospital from 2012 to 2014.Results The consumption sum of anti-peptic ulcer drugs in our hospital increased from 2012 to 2014.Omeprazole sodium for injection,panto-prazole sodium for injection and esomeprazole sodium for injection won the first place in con-sumption sum,DDDs and DDC respectively.The B/A value of hydrotalcite tablet and rebanipide tablet was close to 1.0.Conclusion The utilization of anti-peptic ulcer drugs in our hospital is ra-tional on the whole and meets the trends of modern clinical medication.
