目的：探讨硬膜外麻醉复合全身麻醉用于直肠癌根治术中的麻醉效果。方法选取行直肠癌根治术患者86例，根据患者手术麻醉方式分为单纯全麻组（ n＝45）与复合全麻组（ n＝41），其中单纯全麻组采用常规气管摘管全身麻醉，复合全麻组采用硬膜外麻醉复合全身麻醉下行手术，比较两组患者麻醉效果及不良反应发生情况。结果在插管时、切开后及拔管时复合全麻组血压及心率与单纯全麻组比较存在显著差异（ P＜0．05）；复合全麻组患者麻醉不良反应发生率明显低于单纯全麻组（ P＜0．05）。结论硬膜外麻醉复合全麻用于直肠癌根治术具有理想的麻醉效果，有效降低患者麻醉不良反应发生率，提高直肠癌根治术麻醉的安全性，具有临床应用及推广价值。

목적：탐토경막외마취복합전신마취용우직장암근치술중적마취효과。방법선취행직장암근치술환자86례，근거환자수술마취방식분위단순전마조（ n＝45）여복합전마조（ n＝41），기중단순전마조채용상규기관적관전신마취，복합전마조채용경막외마취복합전신마취하행수술，비교량조환자마취효과급불량반응발생정황。결과재삽관시、절개후급발관시복합전마조혈압급심솔여단순전마조비교존재현저차이（ P＜0．05）；복합전마조환자마취불량반응발생솔명현저우단순전마조（ P＜0．05）。결론경막외마취복합전마용우직장암근치술구유이상적마취효과，유효강저환자마취불량반응발생솔，제고직장암근치술마취적안전성，구유림상응용급추엄개치。
Objective to study the anesthesia effects of epidural anesthesia combined with gen-eral anesthesia in radical resection of rectal carcinoma.Methods 86 cases with radical resection of rectal carcinoma were divided into general anesthesia group ( n=45 ) and compound anes-thesia group (n=41).The compound anesthesia group was operated under the epidural anes-thesia compound general anesthesia.The anesthesia effects and adverse reactions were com-pared in the two groups.Results The blood pressure and heart rate index were significant differ-ence in the two groups at the time of intubation,cutting and tube drawing ( P<0.05) .The rate of adverse reactions in the compound anesthesia group was obviously lower than that of the con-trol group ( P<0.05) .Conclusions The epidural anesthesia for radical resection of rectal carcino-ma has ideal anesthetic effects,which can effectively reduce the adverse reactions in patients with anesthesia,improve the safety of radical resection of rectal carcinoma.It has great value of clinical application and popularizing.
