目的:探讨地佐辛与舒芬太尼对耳鼻喉手术患者镇痛程度及呼吸功能的影响。方法102例扁桃体切除手术患者随机分为地佐辛组和舒芬太尼组,每组各51例,地佐辛组在完成手术前给予地佐辛镇痛,舒芬太尼组给予舒芬太尼镇痛,观察两组患者术后心率、血气指标、镇痛程度。结果地佐辛组心率、PaO2、PaCo2、术后呕吐次数明显低于舒芬太尼组( P<0.05);两组术后麻醉时间及苏醒时间比较差异无统计学意义。结论地佐辛与舒芬太尼对耳鼻喉内镜手术患者术后镇痛程度相当,但地佐辛副作用小,对术后患者的呼吸功能影响明显小于舒芬太尼。

목적:탐토지좌신여서분태니대이비후수술환자진통정도급호흡공능적영향。방법102례편도체절제수술환자수궤분위지좌신조화서분태니조,매조각51례,지좌신조재완성수술전급여지좌신진통,서분태니조급여서분태니진통,관찰량조환자술후심솔、혈기지표、진통정도。결과지좌신조심솔、PaO2、PaCo2、술후구토차수명현저우서분태니조( P<0.05);량조술후마취시간급소성시간비교차이무통계학의의。결론지좌신여서분태니대이비후내경수술환자술후진통정도상당,단지좌신부작용소,대술후환자적호흡공능영향명현소우서분태니。
Objective To study the effects of Dezocine and Sufentanil on analgesic and respirato-ry functions of patients with E.N.T endoscopic operation.Methods 102 E.N.T patients were se-lected and were randomly divided into the Dezocine and Sufentanil group, 51 cases in each group on the basis of different analgesic methods after operation.The Dezocine group was giv-en the Dezocine analgesia and Sufentanil group received the sufentanil analgesia after opera-tion.The blood gas analysis index and degrees of analgesia were observed in the two groups. Results The heart rate, PaO2 , PaCo2 and postoperative vomiting times in the Dezocine group were significantly lower than those of the Sufentanil group.The postoperative anesthesia time and recovery time were not significantly different between the two groups.Conclusion The post-operative analgesic degrees of Dezocine and Sufentanil for patients with E.N.T endoscopic op-eration have no significant difference, but the Dezocine has fewer side effects.The effects of Dezocine were significantly less than those of the Sufentanil on the respiratory functions of pa-tients after operation.
