综合利用多种色谱分离方法和材料对辐裂锈革菌提取物中的化学成分进行分离,并运用波谱学技术( NMR、MS、UV、IR)对所分离得到的化合物进行结构解析。从辐裂锈革菌甲醇提取物中分离鉴定了8个化合物:(1)grifolic acid,(2)4-(2′,5′-dihydroxyphenyl)-(E)-3-buten-2-one,(3)反式-1-(4′-羟基苯基)-丁-1-烯-3-酮,(4)原儿茶醛,(5)对羟基苯甲醛,(6)亚油酸,(7)麦角甾-5,7,22-三烯-3β醇,(8)过氧麦角甾醇。所有化合物均是首次从该菌中分离得到。
綜閤利用多種色譜分離方法和材料對輻裂鏽革菌提取物中的化學成分進行分離,併運用波譜學技術( NMR、MS、UV、IR)對所分離得到的化閤物進行結構解析。從輻裂鏽革菌甲醇提取物中分離鑒定瞭8箇化閤物:(1)grifolic acid,(2)4-(2′,5′-dihydroxyphenyl)-(E)-3-buten-2-one,(3)反式-1-(4′-羥基苯基)-丁-1-烯-3-酮,(4)原兒茶醛,(5)對羥基苯甲醛,(6)亞油痠,(7)麥角甾-5,7,22-三烯-3β醇,(8)過氧麥角甾醇。所有化閤物均是首次從該菌中分離得到。

The major chemical constituents of Hymenochaete tabacina were isolated by silica gel,RP-18,Seph-adex LH-20 column chromatography and identified by spectroscopic analyses including NMR,MS,UV,and IR. Eight compounds were obtained from methanol extracts of Hymenochaete tabacina,including(1) grifolic acid, (2)4-(2′,5′-dihydroxyphenyl)-(E)-3-buten-2-one,(3)E-1-(4′-Hydroxyphenyl)-but-1-en-3-one,(4)proto-catechualdehyde,(5) p-hydroxybenzaldehyde,(6) linoleic acid,(7) ergosta-5,7,22-trien-3β-ol,(8) (22E, 24R)-5α,8α-epidiory-ergosta-6,22-dien-3β-ol.This study has made an initial understanding of the major chemical composition of Hymenochaete tabacina.
