目的：探讨十味柴黄合剂治疗女性肝郁血热型痤疮的临床效果。方法140例女性肝郁血热型痤疮患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各70例，治疗组给予口服十味柴黄合剂治疗，对照组给予口服多西环素片联合外用0．1％阿达帕林凝胶治疗。结果治疗组在治疗4周及8周的有效率分别为41．4％及85．8％；对照组分别为34．3％及80.0％，治疗组有效率稍高于对照组，但无统计学意义（ P＞0．05）。结论十味柴黄合剂有效率与外用阿达帕林凝胶联合口服多西环素效果相当，不良反应小，有较好的临床应用价值。

목적：탐토십미시황합제치료녀성간욱혈열형좌창적림상효과。방법140례녀성간욱혈열형좌창환자수궤분위치료조화대조조각70례，치료조급여구복십미시황합제치료，대조조급여구복다서배소편연합외용0．1％아체파림응효치료。결과치료조재치료4주급8주적유효솔분별위41．4％급85．8％；대조조분별위34．3％급80.0％，치료조유효솔초고우대조조，단무통계학의의（ P＞0．05）。결론십미시황합제유효솔여외용아체파림응효연합구복다서배소효과상당，불량반응소，유교호적림상응용개치。
Objective To study the therapeutic effect of the Ten flavor of Chai Huang mixture in the treatment of female Ganyu blood heat type acne.Methods 140 cases of female Ganyu blood heat type acne patients were randomly assigned into treatment group and control group,70 ca-ses in each group.The treatment group was treated with Ten flavor of Chai Huang mixture, while the control group was treated with doxycycline tablets combined with 0.1%adapalene gel.Results The effective rates of the treatment group after 4 weeks treatment and 8 weeks treatment were 41.4%and 85.8%;the effective rates of the control group were 34.3%and 80%. The effective rates of treatment group were slightly higher than those of control group.Thus there was no significant difference between the treatment group and the control group ( P>0.05) .Conclusion The Ten flavor of Chai Huang Mixture has similar effect with the adapalene gel and doxycycline in the treatment of female Ganyu blood heat type acne,but it has fewer ad-verse reactions and high clinical value.
