目的:研究蛇竭颗粒对神经根型颈椎病大鼠模型血清一氧化氮( NO)、血浆内皮素( ET)含量的影响。方法采用颈椎插线法建立大鼠神经根型颈椎病模型,将50只正常Wistar大鼠,随机分为模型组、假手术组、颈复康颗粒对照组、蛇竭颗粒高剂量组和蛇竭颗粒低剂量组,测定各组NO、ET的含量。结果治疗28 d后,蛇竭颗粒高、低剂量组及颈复康对照组血清NO含量显著升高,血浆内皮素含量明显下降,与治疗前比较有显著性意义( P<0.05)。治疗后蛇竭颗粒高、低剂量组及颈复康对照组血清NO含量与模型组比较有显著差异( P<0.01);蛇竭颗粒高、低剂量组及颈复康对照组的血浆ET含量治疗后明显低于模型组( P<0.01),蛇竭颗粒高剂量组血浆ET含量的明显高于颈复康对照组( P<0.05)。结论蛇竭颗粒可影响内皮细胞活性因子NO、ET水平及含量的变化,对颈椎病有积极治疗作用。

목적:연구사갈과립대신경근형경추병대서모형혈청일양화담( NO)、혈장내피소( ET)함량적영향。방법채용경추삽선법건립대서신경근형경추병모형,장50지정상Wistar대서,수궤분위모형조、가수술조、경복강과립대조조、사갈과립고제량조화사갈과립저제량조,측정각조NO、ET적함량。결과치료28 d후,사갈과립고、저제량조급경복강대조조혈청NO함량현저승고,혈장내피소함량명현하강,여치료전비교유현저성의의( P<0.05)。치료후사갈과립고、저제량조급경복강대조조혈청NO함량여모형조비교유현저차이( P<0.01);사갈과립고、저제량조급경복강대조조적혈장ET함량치료후명현저우모형조( P<0.01),사갈과립고제량조혈장ET함량적명현고우경복강대조조( P<0.05)。결론사갈과립가영향내피세포활성인자NO、ET수평급함량적변화,대경추병유적겁치료작용。
Objective To investigate the effects of Shejie granules on serum nitric oxide ( NO) and plasma endothelin ( ET) in rat model with nerve root cervical spondylosis.Methods The rat model with nerve root cervical spondylosis was established by intervertebral nylon suture inser-ting method.The 50 cases of normal Wistar rats were randomly divided into model group,sham operation group, control group treated with Jingfukang granules and treatment group treated with high-dosed and low-dosed Shejie granules, respectively.The NO and ET levels in each group were observed.Results After treatment,the NO and ET levels in both treatment and con-trol group were improved more significantly than those in both model and sham operation group (P<0.05).In addition,the effect in treatment group treated with high-dosed Shejie granules was better than that in control group treated with Jingfukang granules ( P<0.05) .Conclusion The Shejie granules can influence the levels and contents of active factors of NO and ET in endothe-lial cell and have positive therapeutic effect on cervical spondylosis.
