对水蒸气蒸馏提取挥发油过程中样品粉碎粒度不同的影响进行了研究.以花椒为样品,对其不同粉碎粒度的挥发组分个数、挥发组分检出率及挥发油提取率进行了实验.未粉碎的花椒挥发油提取率为3.52%,粉碎粒度为20目花椒挥发油提取率为5.40%,粉碎粒度为40目花椒挥发油提取率为8.08%,粉碎粒度为80目花椒挥发油提取率为6.28%.结果表明,样品粉碎粒度对挥发油的提取作用有较大影响.

In this paper,the water vapor distillation extraction of volatile oil in the process of the influence of sample granularity of different were studied.For Chinese prickly ash samples of different granularity of number of volatile components,volatile components detection rate and volatile oil extraction yield has carried on the ex-periment.Not crushed peppercorns volatile oil extraction rate of 3.52%,crushing granularity is 20 mesh prick-ly ash volatile oil extraction rate is 5 .40%,crushing grain size of 40 mesh Chinese prickly ash volatile oil ex-traction rate of 8.08%,crushing grain size is 80 mesh prickly ash volatile oil extraction rate is 6.28%.The re-sults show that the sample has a great influence on crushing grain size effect on the extraction of volatile oil.
