目的：比较锁定加压钢板和交锁髓内钉内固定对胫骨骨折治疗的疗效。方法：将2013年2月～2014年4月我院68例胫骨骨折患者，随机分为A、 B组，各34例。 A组患者使用锁定加压钢板内固定术进行治疗， B组使用交锁髓内钉内固定术进行治疗。结果：2组患者手术全部成功。术后x线片提示原骨折部位均达解剖复位，后进行随访，时间为12～24个月，平均18个月，所有患者均无内固定松动和断裂，肢体无短缩畸形、膝踝关节伸屈功能正常。 A组疗效优26例、良8例、差0例，优良率100％；B组分别为29、4、1例和97．059％。2组优良率相比无显著性差异，P＞0．05。结论：锁定加压钢板、交锁髓内钉内固定术治疗胫骨骨折疗效相似，无显著性差异。
목적：비교쇄정가압강판화교쇄수내정내고정대경골골절치료적료효。방법：장2013년2월～2014년4월아원68례경골골절환자，수궤분위A、 B조，각34례。 A조환자사용쇄정가압강판내고정술진행치료， B조사용교쇄수내정내고정술진행치료。결과：2조환자수술전부성공。술후x선편제시원골절부위균체해부복위，후진행수방，시간위12～24개월，평균18개월，소유환자균무내고정송동화단렬，지체무단축기형、슬과관절신굴공능정상。 A조료효우26례、량8례、차0례，우량솔100％；B조분별위29、4、1례화97．059％。2조우량솔상비무현저성차이，P＞0．05。결론：쇄정가압강판、교쇄수내정내고정술치료경골골절료효상사，무현저성차이。
Ab stract Obj ective:To compare the effect of locking compression plate and interlocking intramedullary nail fixation of tibial frac -tures.Methods:68 cases of tibial fractures were randomly divided into A , group B, 34 cases each.A group with locking compression plate fixation treatment , group B interlocking intramedullary nail fixation treatment .Resulst :of surgical patients were successful .Postop-erative x-ray prompt basic anatomical reduction reached 12 to 24-month follow-up period, an average of 18 months, were no loosening and fracture, limb shortening, knee and ankle joints flexing good functional recovery .A group of excellent in 26 cases, good in8 cases, differential cases, good rate 100%;group B patients were 29,4,1 and 97.059%.Goodrates compared to the two groups have no signifi-cantly meaning, P>0.05.Conclusion :locking compression plate , fixation of tibial fracture treatment satisfaction efficacy interlocking in-tramedullary nail ,was no significant difference between the two therapies .
