目的：探讨血浆B型钠尿肽前体水平与急性脑梗死的关系及临床意义。方法收集2014年3月到2015年5月在我科住院的急性脑梗死患者120例，100例同期年龄相匹配的门诊健康体检者为对照组。所有入选患者于发病24 h内检测B型钠尿肽前体浓度并分为前循环脑梗死组和后循环脑梗死组进行比较。按梗死面积分为大面积组（＞10cm2）、中度面积组（4～10cm2）、小面积组（＜4cm2）共3个组分别进行比较。结果急性脑梗死组中患者血浆B型钠尿肽前体水平高于同龄段对照组（ P＜0．05）。急性前循环脑梗死组和后循环脑梗死组经分析有统计学意义（P＜0．05），急性脑梗死梗死面积与血浆B型钠尿肽前体水平呈正相关（P＜0．05）。结论血浆B型钠尿肽前体水平可能会对急性脑梗死的诊疗有指导意义。
목적：탐토혈장B형납뇨태전체수평여급성뇌경사적관계급림상의의。방법수집2014년3월도2015년5월재아과주원적급성뇌경사환자120례，100례동기년령상필배적문진건강체검자위대조조。소유입선환자우발병24 h내검측B형납뇨태전체농도병분위전순배뇌경사조화후순배뇌경사조진행비교。안경사면적분위대면적조（＞10cm2）、중도면적조（4～10cm2）、소면적조（＜4cm2）공3개조분별진행비교。결과급성뇌경사조중환자혈장B형납뇨태전체수평고우동령단대조조（ P＜0．05）。급성전순배뇌경사조화후순배뇌경사조경분석유통계학의의（P＜0．05），급성뇌경사경사면적여혈장B형납뇨태전체수평정정상관（P＜0．05）。결론혈장B형납뇨태전체수평가능회대급성뇌경사적진료유지도의의。
Objective To investigate the correlation and clinical significance of acute cerebral in-farction.Methods Collected were 120 cases of acute cerebral infarction in patients hospitalized in our department from March, 2014 to May, 2015 and 100 cases in the same period of age-matched healthy subjects clinic.All patients were detected the concentration of NT-proBNP na-triuretic peptide in the pathogenes within 24 hours and divided into anterior circulation infarction group and posterior circulation infarction group.Infarct sizes in large group(>10 cm2 ) ,moderate area group(4~10 cm2)and small area group(<4 cm2) were compared.Results Levels of NT-ProBNP in acute cerebral infarction group was higher than that in the group of the same age and healthy group ( P<0.05) .Infarct sizes of acute cerebral infarction and the level of NT-ProB-NP were positively correlated (P<0.05).Acute cerebral infarction sites had some influence on NT-ProBNP levels.Conclusion Plasma sodium levels NT-ProBNP may be instructive in the diag-nosis and treatment of acute cerebral infarction.
