石油钻井滚动轴承的转动速度需要进行监控,以便进行数据收集及故障监测。设计了一种基于CC1010单片机的无线测速系统,在测量过程中无需与被测物直接接触,避免了机械磨损,对被测物影响小,而且后期维护方便,应用广泛。对电路实物的实际测试结果表明,所设计的无线测速系统能够准确测量被测对象。

The rotational speed of petroleum drilling roller bearing needs to be monitored for data collection and fault monitoring. A wireless velocity measuring system based on CC1010 MCU is designed, which does not require direct contact with the measured object during measurement. It can avoid mechanical wear and has little effect on the measured object. Moreover, it is easy for post-maintenance and can be widely used. The testing results show that the designed wireless velocity measuring system can accurately measure the velocity of the measured objects.
