针对传统起重机以手动控制为主,动作效率低,稳定性差,安全性不高,易导致事故发生等问题,结合实际检验工作,研究并设计一种基于环形轨道的冶金葫芦自动吊运系统。该系统通过PLC控制有效地提高了系统的自动化程度,在节能的基础上有效地提高了现场工作效率,保证了设备的安全性和稳定性,大大降低特种设备的事故率。
針對傳統起重機以手動控製為主,動作效率低,穩定性差,安全性不高,易導緻事故髮生等問題,結閤實際檢驗工作,研究併設計一種基于環形軌道的冶金葫蘆自動弔運繫統。該繫統通過PLC控製有效地提高瞭繫統的自動化程度,在節能的基礎上有效地提高瞭現場工作效率,保證瞭設備的安全性和穩定性,大大降低特種設備的事故率。

The traditional crane is manually control-oriented with low operational efficiency, poor stability and low security. It easily leads to accidents and other problems.
