目的：了解大同市某医院辖区流动儿童预防保健现状，探讨流动儿童的预防保健方法，提高流动儿童健康水平，为做好流动儿童预防保健的系统管理工作制定相应的对策和措施。方法：挨门逐户对辖区范围的108名12~18个月龄的流动儿童家长进行面对面的询问和查验接种证。结果：在调查对象中，1周岁计划免疫五苗完成105名，完成率97．22%；七苗完成92名，完成率85．19%；接受产后访视29人，占26．85%；系统健康体检者59人，占54．62%。结论：做好社区流动儿童预防保健工作，应加大宣传教育的力度，提高家长对儿童的保健意识；建立流动儿童档案，及时掌握动态的儿童数；制定完整的相应措施。

Objective:To understand the current situations of floating childrenˊprevention and health care of a cer-tain community of Datong city to probe the methods of prevention and health care,increasing the health level of floating children and to enact the corresponding strategies and measures. Method:The 108 parents of having 12 to18-month floating children were investigated and administered by our hospital by making a face to face enquirement and checking inoculation certificate from door to door. Result:Among the parents investigated,there were 105 children completing the 5 routine vaccines of planning immunifactions of 1 years old and the completing rate was 97. 22% . There were 92 chil-dren completing the 7 routine vaccines and the completing rate was 85. 19% . There were 29 mothers accepting postnatal interview and the rate was 26. 85% . There were 59 children accepting the systematic healthy medical examination and the rate was 54. 62% . Conclusion:In order to achieve the floating childrenˊprevention and health care of the communi-ty,we should strengthen the propaganda and education and improve the parentsˊ awareness of children health care. Itˊs essential to establish the floating childrenˊ records,grasp promptly the dynamic numbers of children and enact complete and corresponding measure.
