树脂传递模塑成型( RTM )复合材料制作工艺因具有成本低、成品性能高、可加预埋件等优势,在航空、汽车和一些非传统复合材料工业中的应用日趋广泛。 RTM的基本原理为预先在模腔内铺敷增强材料,然后部分或完全密封模具,再利用压力差注入树脂,树脂固化后经修剪得到复合材料成品。但在工程实践中,往往以试错法为基础,通过不断调整材料和工艺参数来确定成型工艺,这往往需要冗长的高成本投资,因此采取一些简洁的实验室测试手段表征RTM工艺,然后根据参数对产品进行充模模拟,对复合材料的加工,尤其对大部件是十分必要的。介绍了纤维增强树脂基复合材料树脂传递的原理、现象及实验室所用RTM工艺树脂渗透率的测试方法。

Due to its low cost, high product performance and the advantage of adding embedded parts, resin transfer molding ( RTM ) composite materials are utilized widely in aerospace, automobile industry and some unconventional composite materials. The basic principle of RTM is to lay up reinforced materials within the mould cavity. After the mould had been partly or completely sealed, the resin was injected into at specific pressure difference, the composite product was prepared by trimmed after resin cured. In engineering practice, the molding process was defined by adjusting materials and process parameters based the trial and error method, but it often takes a considerable time and requires high investment. So it is necessary to characterize the RTM process based on simple laboratory testing methods, and then, simulation to the mold filling was performed based on the parameters tested, which are necessity for composite production, especially for large components. The principle of RTM and the permeability phenomena on fiber reinforcement, as well as the permeability tests in the laboratory was described.
