目的:观察新过敏煎治疗新型变应性鼻炎(AR)大鼠模型的作用机制。方法:将大鼠按照血pH值进行初筛分组,将血pH值小于中间值的48只大鼠配合特殊喂养与特殊行为干预后随机分为5组:空白对照组、模型组、阳性对照组、麻芥冲剂组、新过敏煎组,每组12只。除空白对照组与模型组外,余组造模后分别给药,疗程14 d。观察各组AR大鼠模型鼻炎症状积分以及病理组织形态学变化,检测大鼠血清干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)、白介素-4(IL-4)水平变化。结果:与模型组比较,新过敏煎组、麻芥冲剂组与阳性对照组鼻炎症状积分明显降低(P<0.05),血清IFN-γ水平升高(P<0.05),血清IL-4水平明显降低(P<0.05);鼻黏膜充血与炎症细胞浸润改善。结论:新过敏煎与麻芥冲剂均可显著改善变应性鼻炎模型大鼠鼻炎症状,改善病理组织损伤,具有良好的抗炎作用和抗过敏效果,推测其作用机制与调节血清IL-4与IFN-γ在体内的平衡有关。

목적:관찰신과민전치료신형변응성비염(AR)대서모형적작용궤제。방법:장대서안조혈pH치진행초사분조,장혈pH치소우중간치적48지대서배합특수위양여특수행위간예후수궤분위5조:공백대조조、모형조、양성대조조、마개충제조、신과민전조,매조12지。제공백대조조여모형조외,여조조모후분별급약,료정14 d。관찰각조AR대서모형비염증상적분이급병리조직형태학변화,검측대서혈청간우소-γ(IFN-γ)、백개소-4(IL-4)수평변화。결과:여모형조비교,신과민전조、마개충제조여양성대조조비염증상적분명현강저(P<0.05),혈청IFN-γ수평승고(P<0.05),혈청IL-4수평명현강저(P<0.05);비점막충혈여염증세포침윤개선。결론:신과민전여마개충제균가현저개선변응성비염모형대서비염증상,개선병리조직손상,구유량호적항염작용화항과민효과,추측기작용궤제여조절혈청IL-4여IFN-γ재체내적평형유관。
Objective:To study the mechanism of new Guominjian on rat models with allergic rhinitis of new type. Methods:The rats were screened according to the blood pH value,and the partial animals,whose blood pH value was smaller than intermediate value,were specially fed and intervened. Then these rats were randomly divided into 5 groups with 12 rats each,including blank control group,model group,positive control group,Majie granule group and new Guominjian group. Except for blank control group and model group,the rest groups were administered with corresponding drugs lasting for 14 days,and then their effects on symptom scores of rhinitis and the change of histomorphology were observed. Furthermore, contents of interferon-γ and interleukin-4 in serum were also detected. Results:In new Guominjian group,Majie granule group and positive control group,the symptom scores of rhinitis were all decreased when compared to that in model group. Besides,the hyperemia of tunica mucosa nasi and the infiltration of inflammatory cells in these groups were also ameliorated, when compared to that in model group. Conclusion:The symptom of rhinitis and pathologic tissue damage were improved by new Guominjian and Majie granule,certifying that these two drugs have the effects of anti-inflammation and anti-allergy,and its mechanism was presumed to regulating the balance of interleukin-4 and interferon-γin serum.
