选用抗菌、防紫外功能的整理剂，经两浴浸渍法复合整理工艺，对精梳全棉双罗纹针织物进行抗菌/防紫外复合功能整理，测试和分析了经复合功能整理后针织物的抗菌、防紫外功能性和悬垂、硬挺、透气及透湿等服用性能。试验结果显示：抗菌/防紫外复合功能整理后的织物，经50次洗涤后具有很好的抑菌效果；经30次洗涤后具有很好的防紫外效果；抗菌/防紫外复合功能整理织物的耐洗性能优良；手感柔软度和透气性能略有下降，但透湿性能与芯吸性能均有所提高。
선용항균、방자외공능적정리제，경량욕침지법복합정리공예，대정소전면쌍라문침직물진행항균/방자외복합공능정리，측시화분석료경복합공능정리후침직물적항균、방자외공능성화현수、경정、투기급투습등복용성능。시험결과현시：항균/방자외복합공능정리후적직물，경50차세조후구유흔호적억균효과；경30차세조후구유흔호적방자외효과；항균/방자외복합공능정리직물적내세성능우량；수감유연도화투기성능략유하강，단투습성능여심흡성능균유소제고。
Two kinds of agents of anti-bacterial and UV-protective were selected to treat 100% combing cotton interlock knitted fabric with “two-bath” dipping method. Both function and wearing properties such as anti-bacterial, UV-protective, drapability, stiffness, air permeability and moisture-penetrability, etc. were tested and analyzed. The experimental results show that after composite functional finishing, the fabric has excellent antibacterial activity after washing 50 times and well UV-protective effect after washing 30 times, as well as good laundry-proof property. There is a modest decrease in fabric softness and air permeability, however, the properties of moisture-penetrability and wicking capability are improved.
