SF6绝缘套管是气体绝缘金属封闭开关设备GIS的核心组件,对GIS的安全运行具有重要意义。套管是结构复杂的绝缘系统,其内部电场分布十分复杂,易发生闪络或者击穿放电。通过建立500kV GIS套管的轴对称数学模型,对套管的电场进行模拟和仿真计算,得到了电场分布及最大场强,可为绝缘结构的优化设计提供依据。

SF6 bushing is the core elememts of GIS w hose characters and quality are crucial to the safe and reliable operation of the GIS system .Due to the complicated insulation system of bush‐ing ,its inner potential distribution is complex ,even lead to flashover or breakdow n discharge in insulation materials .A mathematical model to calculate the electric field distribution of 500kV GIS bushing was established in this study .Numerical simulation and calculate processing for elec‐tric field distribution of bushing was made by ANSYS ,and the max electric-field intensity of the bushing is acheived .Consequently ,the numerical foundation of insulation structural design was optimized .
