目的 探讨青光眼与白内障联合手术中脉络膜下爆发性出血(SEH)的原因及其处理方法 和相似并发症的鉴别.方法 对58例青光眼白内障联合手术中发生SEH的2例(2眼)患者进行回顾性分析, 并对相似并发症(脉络膜渗漏、灌注液迷流综合征)进行鉴别.结果 随访6个月, 1例患者左眼视力为指数/30 cm, 1例患者右眼最终视力为0.05.结论 青光眼联合白内障手术中SEH发生因素较多, 并发症极为相似, 及时鉴别处理将最终决定患者的视力.
目的 探討青光眼與白內障聯閤手術中脈絡膜下爆髮性齣血(SEH)的原因及其處理方法 和相似併髮癥的鑒彆.方法 對58例青光眼白內障聯閤手術中髮生SEH的2例(2眼)患者進行迴顧性分析, 併對相似併髮癥(脈絡膜滲漏、灌註液迷流綜閤徵)進行鑒彆.結果 隨訪6箇月, 1例患者左眼視力為指數/30 cm, 1例患者右眼最終視力為0.05.結論 青光眼聯閤白內障手術中SEH髮生因素較多, 併髮癥極為相似, 及時鑒彆處理將最終決定患者的視力.
목적 탐토청광안여백내장연합수술중맥락막하폭발성출혈(SEH)적원인급기처리방법 화상사병발증적감별.방법 대58례청광안백내장연합수술중발생SEH적2례(2안)환자진행회고성분석, 병대상사병발증(맥락막삼루、관주액미류종합정)진행감별.결과 수방6개월, 1례환자좌안시력위지수/30 cm, 1례환자우안최종시력위0.05.결론 청광안연합백내장수술중SEH발생인소교다, 병발증겁위상사, 급시감별처리장최종결정환자적시력.
Objective To investigate cause, management measures and identification of similar complications of suprachroidal explosive hemorrhage (SEH) in combined operation for glaucoma and cataract.Methods A retrospective analysis was made on 2 cases (2 eyes) with SEH in combined operation for glaucoma and cataract for 58 cases. Identification was made on similar complications (choroidal leekage, perfusate misdirection syndrome). Results Follow-up lasting for 6 months showed 1 case with left vision as index/30 cm, and 1 case with right final vision as 0.05.Conclusion There are multiple causes and similar complications of SEH in combined operation for glaucoma and cataract. Final vision in patients is depended on timely identification and management.
