目的 建立测定川芎主要有效成分含量的高效液相色谱(HPLC)法,比较不同产地川芎的质量,为川芎新品种选育提供依据.方法采用HPLC法对川芎主要有效成分藁本内酯和阿魏酸进行含量测定,确定最佳测定方法.结果 不同产区川芎中有效成分含量有差异,四川道地产区彭州和都江堰总含量最高,其中都江堰产区川芎中藁本内酯平均含量最高.结论 通过对川芎有效成分含量的测定,四川道地产区川芎质量最优.该测定方法能为川芎新品种选育优质的苓种提供科学的依据,并可为川芎的综合开发利用提供优质原料.

Objective To establish an HPLC method for the measurement of the main effective components of Ligusticum wallichii to compare the quality of the product from different regions, and to provide the basis for breeding new varieties. Methods HPLC was used to assay the contents of ligustilide and ferulic acid in RC to determine the best measuring method. Results There were differences in the effective components of Ligusticum wallichii from different regions;products from Sichuan's Pengzhou and Dujiangyan districts were of the highest quality. Conclusion Through the determination of the effective components of Ligusticum wallichii, product from Sichuan has the best quality. This method can to provide a scientific basis for producing high quality raw materials and the development and u-tilization of new varieties.
