目的 探讨复方石斛对高脂血症大鼠脂质代谢和肝脏的影响.方法 将雄性SD大鼠60只随机分为6组,即正常组、模型组、辛伐他汀组(10 mg/kg)和复方石斛高、中、低剂量(14. 4,7. 2,3. 6 g/kg)组,各10只.观察肝脏的病理变化,检测和分析血清血脂.结果 复方石斛可显著降低高脂血症大鼠血中总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平,提高高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平;光镜观察,模型组大鼠的肝组织切片中肝细胞胞质内出现张力较大的空泡;正常组肝组织结构正常;各给药组肝组织切片中空泡现象减少.结论 复方石斛能调节高脂血症大鼠的血清血脂和改善肝脏脂肪变性.

목적 탐토복방석곡대고지혈증대서지질대사화간장적영향.방법 장웅성SD대서60지수궤분위6조,즉정상조、모형조、신벌타정조(10 mg/kg)화복방석곡고、중、저제량(14. 4,7. 2,3. 6 g/kg)조,각10지.관찰간장적병리변화,검측화분석혈청혈지.결과 복방석곡가현저강저고지혈증대서혈중총담고순(TC)、삼선감유(TG)、저밀도지단백담고순(LDL-C)수평,제고고밀도지단백담고순(HDL-C)수평;광경관찰,모형조대서적간조직절편중간세포포질내출현장력교대적공포;정상조간조직결구정상;각급약조간조직절편중공포현상감소.결론 복방석곡능조절고지혈증대서적혈청혈지화개선간장지방변성.
Objective To investigate the influence of Compound Caulis Dendrobii on lipid metabolism and liver in rats with hyperlipi-demia. Methods 60 male SD rats were randomly divided into 6 groups, the normal group, model group, simvastatin group ( 10 mg/kg ) and Compound Caulis Dendrobii high, medium and low ( 14. 4, 7. 2, 3. 6 g/kg ) dose group. The pathological changes of liver was observed, the serum lipid was tested and analyzed. Results Compound Caulis Dendrobii can significantly reduce hyperlipidemia rats blood TC, TG, LDL-C levels, improve the level of HDL-C;under light microscopy observation, model group rats liver biopsy of liver cells in tension larger vacuoles in cytoplasm;normal group of normal liver tissue results;each dosage group decreased liver biopsy hollow bubble phe-nomenon. Conclusion Compound Caulis Dendrobii can adjust the serum lipid of hyperlipidemia rats and improve liver steatosis.
