目的 分析不同桩数的纤维桩修复无牙冠组织壁的磨牙残根的临床疗效.方法 选择47例51颗根充完善且无牙冠组织壁的磨牙残根, 进行不同桩数的纤维桩-树脂核与全冠修复, 其中1根纤维桩核修复(1根组)17例18颗, 2根纤维桩核修复(2根组)14例16颗, 3根纤维桩核修复(3根组)16例17颗.随访观察2年, 比较修复效果.结果 三组修复成功率比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05), 3根组的疗效高于1根组(P<0.05).6颗修复失败的原因均为纤维桩脱落, 其中1根组脱落率大于3根组(P<0.05).结论 当纤维桩修复无牙冠组织壁的磨牙残根时, 1根纤维桩的临床修复效果较差, 尽量避免使用.

Objective To analyze clinical effect by different fiber posts number in repair of molar residual root without dental crown wall.Method A total of 47 cases, as 51 teeth, of molar residual root without dental crown wall were chosen. They received repair by different number of fiber post-resin core and complete coronal. Among them, there were 17 cases, as 18 teeth, received 1 fiber post for repair (1 posts group), 14 cases, as 16 teeth, received 2 fiber posts (2 posts group), and 16 cases, as 17 teeth, received 3 fiber posts (3 posts group). Follow-up lasted for 2 years, and the repair effects were compared.Results The differences of success rates across the three groups had statistical significance (P<0.05). Curative effect of 3 posts group was higher than that of 1 post group (P<0.05). There were 6 failed teeth due to fallen fiber post. 1 post group had higher failure rate than 3 posts group (P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical repair effect by 1 fiber post for molar residual root without dental crown wall is poor, and its application should be avoided.
