目的 探讨甲硝唑栓联合倍美力治疗老年性阴道炎的临床疗效及对促卵泡生成素(FSH)和血清雌二醇(E2)水平的影响.方法 选取2012年11月至2013年11月收治的98例老年性阴道炎患者,按就诊顺序随机分为两组,各49例.对照组采用复方甲硝唑栓进行治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用倍美力软膏联合治疗.结果 观察组总有效率为93. 88%,显著高于对照组的75. 51%( P<0. 05);两组患者治疗后血清FSH水平均有明显升高,血清E2水平明显降低( P<0. 05);治疗后观察组血清FSH水平显著高于对照组,血清E2水平显著低于对照组( P<0. 05);两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义( P>0. 05).结论 甲硝唑联合倍美力治疗老年性阴道炎疗效确切,临床症状和体征均明显改善,且不良反应较小.

Objective To investigate the efficacy of metronidazole suppositories combined with Premarin in treating senile vaginitis and its influence on follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)and serum estradiol levels(E2). Methods 98 cases of patients with senile vaginitis in the hospital from November 2012 to November 2013 were selected and randomly divided into two groups in accordance with the treatment order, 49 cases in each group. The control group was treated with metronidazole suppository, the observation group was added Premarin cream. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93. 88%, which was significantly higher than 75. 51%of the control group( P < 0. 05); the serum FSH levels of two groups after treatment were significantly increased, and the serum E2 levels were significantly lower( P < 0. 05), the serum FSH levels of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group, the serum E2 levels were significantly lower than the control group( P < 0. 05). The incidence rate of adverse reactions of two groups had no significant difference ( P < 0. 05 ) . Conclusion Metronidazole suppository combined with Premarin in treating senile vaginitis has certain efficacy, the clinical signs and symptoms are significantly improved with less adverse reactions, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
