目的 调查医院抗菌药物临床应用专项整治活动前后的使用情况,为临床合理用药提供参考.方法 收集医院专项整治前( 2010年1月至12月)、专项整治后( 2012年1月至12月)抗菌药物的使用数据,并进行统计和分析.结果 专项整治后,抗菌药物品种数、用药金额、用药频度等均有所下降,国家基本药物使用率增加.结论 抗菌药物专项整治活动促进了医院抗菌药物的合理使用,专项整治工作取得了初步成效.

목적 조사의원항균약물림상응용전항정치활동전후적사용정황,위림상합리용약제공삼고.방법 수집의원전항정치전( 2010년1월지12월)、전항정치후( 2012년1월지12월)항균약물적사용수거,병진행통계화분석.결과 전항정치후,항균약물품충수、용약금액、용약빈도등균유소하강,국가기본약물사용솔증가.결론 항균약물전항정치활동촉진료의원항균약물적합리사용,전항정치공작취득료초보성효.
Objective To investigate the clinical application of antibacterials in the hospital before and after the Special Rectification Activity so as to provide reference for the clinical rational drug use. Methods Data of the antimicrobial agent use before ( Jan. to Dec. 2010 ) and after ( Jan. to Dec. 2012 ) the rectification were collected and analyzed. Results After the Special Rectification Activity, the antibacterial agents, the consumption sum and Drug Daily Dosages all decreased, and the usage of National Essential Drug was in-creased. Conclusion The Special Rectification Activity of antimicrobial drug use promotes rational use of antimicrobial agents in the hospital, and a prelinminary progress has been made in the clinical application of the antibiotics.
