目的 综述板蓝根的研究现状,为该中药的研究开发提供参考.方法 对近年来有关板蓝根的化学成分、药理活性、制剂工艺、质量控制、临床应用、不良反应研究论文作系统检索,总结已取得的成果.结果与结论 板蓝根含机酸、生物碱等多种化学成分,具有抗病毒、抗菌等药理作用,临床主要用于治疗病毒性感染.

목적 종술판람근적연구현상,위해중약적연구개발제공삼고.방법 대근년래유관판람근적화학성분、약리활성、제제공예、질량공제、림상응용、불량반응연구논문작계통검색,총결이취득적성과.결과여결론 판람근함궤산、생물감등다충화학성분,구유항병독、항균등약리작용,림상주요용우치료병독성감염.
Objective Research status of Radix Isatidis was reviewed to offer reference for development of this Chinese material medica. Methods Literatures on chemical components, pharmacological activities, preparation technologies, quality control, clinical applications and reverse actions were searched and organized. And the current achievements were summarized. Results and conclusion Radix Isatidis has plenty of constituents including organic acids and alkaloids and anti-virus, antibacterial and other effects. It is mainly used for viral infection.
