目的 建立HPLC法测定速克感冒胶囊中游离水杨酸的含量.方法 色谱柱:Diamonsil C18色谱柱(4.6mm×150mm,5μm),以甲醇-0.1%二乙胺水溶液-冰醋酸(40:60:4)为流动相,检测波长为235nm,进样量:20μl,柱温:25℃,流速:1ml?min-1.结果 水杨酸在4~80μg?ml-1范围内与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.9995),平均回收率99.3%(RSD=1.3%,n=9),水杨酸检测限为1ng.结论 本方法准确可靠,能为速克感冒胶囊质量的控制提供依据.

Objective To identify the contents of salicylic acid in Sukeganmao Capsule.Method Adopting: Diamonsil C18 (4.6mm×150mm,5um), the mobile phase was composed of Methanol-0.1% diethylamine acid-aceticacid(40:60:4), with the detection wavelength at 235nm, sample size: 20ul,column temperature: 25℃,the flow rate is 1 ml.min-1.Result The concentration linearity of salicylic acid was within the rage of 4~80ug (r=0.9995),with the recovery of 99.3%(RSD: 1.3%,n=9), and detection limit is 10ng.Conclusion this method is simple,accurate,and can be used for the puality control of aspirin in Suke Ganmao Capsule.
