目的 筛选枸杞多糖抗口腔溃疡的活性部位.方法 采用DEAE-纤维素柱层析法将枸杞多糖分为4个组分,即LBP1,LBP2, LBP3,LBP4,并采用50%冰醋酸诱导大鼠口腔溃疡模型对枸杞多糖抗口腔溃疡有效部位进行筛选.结果与结论 LBP1为枸杞多糖抗溃疡的活性部位,能显著抑制冰醋酸造成的大鼠口腔溃疡.

목적 사선구기다당항구강궤양적활성부위.방법 채용DEAE-섬유소주층석법장구기다당분위4개조분,즉LBP1,LBP2, LBP3,LBP4,병채용50%빙작산유도대서구강궤양모형대구기다당항구강궤양유효부위진행사선.결과여결론 LBP1위구기다당항궤양적활성부위,능현저억제빙작산조성적대서구강궤양.
Objective To screen the effective part of anti-oral-ulcer activity in lyeium barbarum polysaccharide. Methods The lyeium barbarum polysaccharide was divided into 4 parts ( LBP1, LBP2, LBP3, LBP4 ) by DEAE-Cellulose chromatography. The anti-oral-ulcer components were screened by the experiments of 50% acetic acid inducing rats' oral ulcer. Results and Conclusion LBP1 is the active anti-oral-ulcer effective part, and it can inhibit rats' oral ulcer by acetic acid.
