目的 优选青诃袋泡茶的最佳水提取工艺.方法 经过前期试验摸索及综合筛选,选以人参叶、玄参、诃子、木蝴蝶等4味药材提取稠浸膏,以组方中干浸膏收得率为考察指标,采用正交试验分别考察加水量、浸提次数、浸提时间对青诃袋泡茶提取工艺的影响.结果 影响提取工艺的因素中,浸提次数>加水量>浸提时间,最佳提取工艺为浸提2次,加水12倍,浸提30 min.结论 优选的浸提工艺稳定可行,成本低,可用于青诃袋泡茶的生产.

목적 우선청가대포다적최가수제취공예.방법 경과전기시험모색급종합사선,선이인삼협、현삼、가자、목호접등4미약재제취주침고,이조방중간침고수득솔위고찰지표,채용정교시험분별고찰가수량、침제차수、침제시간대청가대포다제취공예적영향.결과 영향제취공예적인소중,침제차수>가수량>침제시간,최가제취공예위침제2차,가수12배,침제30 min.결론 우선적침제공예은정가행,성본저,가용우청가대포다적생산.
Objective To optimize water extraction technology of Qinghe Teabag by orthogonal test. Methods To extract concentrated extracts from Folium Ginseng, Radix Scrophulariae, Fructus Chebulae, Semen Oroxyli which were chose by the pre-experiment and conditions of the screening, yield of dry extract was set as reference index and the effect of the density of the time of exraction, the water of extracting agent, the times of extraction. Results Influence sequence of 3 factors on extraction technology was:times of extraction>water of extracting agent>time of exraction. The best extracting conditions of extracting 2 times, adding 12-fold water, 30 min each time. Conclusion The optimized extractive technique is stable and low cost.
