为研究微波膨胀梗丝在卷烟应用中的减害效果,分析了梗丝掺配比例对卷烟7种烟气有害成分(CO、HCN、NNK、NH3、B[a]P、苯酚和巴豆醛)以及其危害性指数的影响,并与同比例传统梗丝掺配试验卷烟样品进行了对比.结果表明:在试验梗丝掺配比例范围(8%~33%)内,与传统梗丝(气流干燥梗丝)相比,微波膨胀梗丝降低烟气中CO、HCN、B[a]P和巴豆醛释放量的效果更佳,平均降低1.0 mg/支、9.43μg/支、0.19 ng/支和0.42μg/支.而传统梗丝对降低烟气中NNK、NH3和苯酚释放量的效果较好,平均降低0.12 ng/支、0.70μg/支和0.23μg/支.用卷烟危害性指数作总体评价,微波膨胀梗丝掺配样品的危害性指数均值较传统梗丝样品降低了0.1,表明其减害作用略优于传统梗丝.

In order to study the influences of microwave expanded cut stems on the reduction of harmful components in mainstream cigarette smoke, the effects of blending ratio of microwave expanded cut stems in cigarette on the deliveries of seven harmful components (CO, HCN, NNK, NH3, B[a]P, phenol and crotonaldehyde) in mainstream smoke and hazard index of cigarette were investigated and compared with those blended with pneumatically dried cut stems at the same blending ratio. The results showed that:Within the blending ratio of 8%-33%, microwave expanded cut stems performed better in reducing CO, HCN, B[a]P and crotonaldehyde in mainstream cigarette smoke with the average reduction amount of 1.0 mg/cig, 9.43 μg/cig, 0.19 ng/cig and 0.42 μg/cig, respectively; while pneumatically dried cut stems were better in reducing NNK, NH3 and phenol in mainstream cigarette smoke with the average reduction amount of 0.12 ng/cig, 0.7 μg/cig and 0.23 μg/cig, respectively. Viewing from the hazard index of cigarette, the cigarette blended with microwave expanded cut stems was slightly better than that blended with pneumatically dried cut stems with hazard index 0.1 point less.
