目的 建立同时测定猴耳环消炎片中没食子酸和槲皮苷含量的高效液相色谱( HPLC )法.方法 采用HPLC双波长法,以Hypersil BDS-C18柱(250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5μm)为色谱柱,以乙腈为流动相A、0. 2%磷酸为流动相B进行梯度洗脱,没食子酸检测波长为270 nm,槲皮苷检测波长为350 nm.结果 没食子酸及槲皮苷进样量分别在0. 60~6. 00 μg,0. 03~0. 30μg ( r=0. 999 4 )范围内与峰面积线性关系良好;没食子酸平均回收率为100. 24%,RSD为1. 02%( n=6);槲皮苷平均回收率为99. 88%,RSD为1. 17%( n=6).结论HPLC双波长法简便可行、重复性好,适用于猴耳环消炎片2种有效成分的同时测定,可用于猴耳环消炎片的质量控制.

Objective To establish an HPLC method for simultaneous detection of Gallic acid and Quercitroside in Houerhuan Xiaoyan Pills. Methods The HPLC dual wavelength spectrophotometry was used with Hypersil BDS-C18(250 mm × 4. 6 mm, 5 μm) column;with acetonitrile as mobile phase A, 0. 2% phosphoric acid as mobile phase B, for gradient elution;the detection wavelength of gallic acid was 270 nm; the detection wavelength of quercitroside was 350 nm. Results The linear relations were good of gallic acid in the range of 0. 60-6. 00 μg ( r=0. 999 4 ) and quercitroside in the range of 0. 03-0. 30 μg ( r=0. 999 4 ); the average recovery of gallic acid was 100. 24%, RSD 1. 02%( n=6);the average recovery of quercitroside was 99. 88%, RSD 1. 17%( n=6). Conclusion HPLC dual wavelength determination is simple and feasible, with good reproducibility, is suitable for the simultaneous determination of the active ingredients in Houerhuan Xiaoyan Pills, and can be used for quality control of Houerhuan Xiaoyan Pills.
