目的探析乳腺癌术前空芯针穿刺检测雌激素受体(ER)、孕激素受体(PR)、癌基因c-erbB-2、抗原Ki67的临床价值.方法乳腺癌患者108例,检测患者乳腺癌组织中Ki67、PR、ER、c-erbB-2阳性情况;不同年龄、不同肿瘤大小、淋巴结转移、组织学分级患者的乳腺癌组织Ki67、PR、ER、c-erbB-2阳性情况;比较术前空芯针穿刺与术后大体标本检测ER、PR、c-erbB-2、Ki67结果情况,并进行分析.结果 108例乳腺癌术前空芯针穿刺与术后大体标本检测ER、PR、c-erbB-2、Ki67阳性表达情况略有差异,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论乳腺癌进行术前空芯针穿刺检测ER、PR、c-erbB-2、Ki67的阳性表达情况有助于评估乳腺癌的预后和生物行为,对临床治疗具有重要的临床价值.

Objective To investigate clinical value of preoperative hollow needle puncture of estrogen receptor (ER), progestrone receptor (PR), oncogene c-erbB-2 gene, and antigen Ki67 in breast cancer. Methods There were 108 patients with breast cancer, and their positive status of ER, PR, c-erbB-2, and Ki67 were detected. Detection of ER, PR, c-erbB-2, and Ki67 was made for patients with different age, tumor size, lymphatic metastasis and histological grade. Outcomes of ER, PR, c-erbB-2, and Ki67 by preoperative hollow needle puncture and postoperative gross specimen detection were compared for analysis.Results There were slight differences of positive expressions of ER, PR, c-erbB-2, and Ki67 between preoperative hollow needle puncture and postoperative gross specimen detection, while their differences had no statistical significance (P>0.05).Conclusion Implement of preoperative hollow needle puncture for ER, PR, c-erbB-2, and Ki67 detection is helpful for evaluation of prognosis and biobehavioral in breast cancer. This method contains important value for clinical treatment.
