目的通过对克拉玛依地区2010-2014年报废血液原因分析,制定多种措施从低危人群中选择献血者,严把采集前质量关,降低血液报废率,为临床提供充足安全的血液.方法通过建立完善质量管理体系,加强培训,强化宣传力度,针对血液报废率高的检测项目进行初筛检查,努力建立长期且较为固定的献血者队伍.结果血液检验/非检验报废率逐年下降.结论通过加强无偿献血知识宣传力度,完善质量管理体系培训及增加初筛检测项目,可以减少不合格血液的采集,节约成本,降低血液报废率.

Objective Through analysis of scrapped blood in 2010-2014 of the Karamay area, To develop a variety of measures to select blood donors from the low-risk population, to make a strict quality control before collection to reduce the blood scrap rate and to provide safe and adequate blood for clinical. Methods A quality management system was established and the training and publicity were improved and strengthened. Furthermore, preliminary screening test was taken to detect some indexes with high blood scrap rate. Finally, a long-term and relatively fixed blood donors team was tried to establish. Results Blood condemnation rate detected by test or non-test decreased year by year. Conclusion Through strengthening publicity of voluntary blood donation knowledge, quality management system should be established and optimized. And preliminary screening test items should be increased. So finally, unqualified blood collection can be reduced, costs can be decreased, and blood condemnation rate can be decreased.
