目的 通过检测乌鲁木齐地区维吾尔族与汉族过敏性鼻炎患者外周血CD4+T淋巴细胞中IFN-γ的基因表达水平,探讨该基因在维吾尔族和汉族不同表达水平方面差异与发病的关系.方法 使用荧光定量RT-PCR免疫技术检测94例患过敏性鼻炎患者和101例对照组健康人IFN-γmRNA的表达水平.结果 使用2-??Ct方法分析得出,变应性鼻炎患者的IFN-γ基因表达水平患病组(7.25±2.27)低于健康组(8.39±3.22),差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),维吾尔族和汉族AR患者间提示有差异(P<0.05).结论 IFN-γ基因水平降低与变应性鼻炎的发病有关,IFN-γ基因的表达水平在维吾尔族和汉族健康人群中无差异(P>0.05),但在患病组之间有差异(P<0.05).

Objective To detect IFN-γ gene expression levels in CD4+T of lymphocytes of peripheral blood among patients undergoing allergic rhinitis (AR) in Urumqi, and to explore the relationship between different gene expression level between uygurs and the han nationality and disease. Methods IFN-γmRNA expression level among 94 cases of patients with allergic rhinitis and 101 cases of healthy people were detected through Fluorescence quantitative PT-PCR immune technology. Results According to 2-Ct analysis, the expression level of IFN-γin patients with allergic rhinitis disease (7.25±2.27) were lower than that in the healthy group(8.39±3.22), The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). It was suggested there were some differences between Uygur and Han Chinese patients with AR (P<0.05). Conclusion IFN-γgene level is associated with the onset of allergic rhinitis. There are no difference about IFN-γgene expression level between Uygur and han healthy people (P>0.05), but there are some differences between patients. (P<0.05).
