针对LDPE装置高压低温储罐工艺设计要求,对国内外同类材料性能进行详尽对比分析,确定选用力学性能稳定、可焊性好的国产材料.通过结构对比分析,选用锻件制平底椭圆封头管口代替球形封头嵌入式接管结构,优化了顶部封头结构设计,改善了受力状况,以保证设备结构设计安全.
