陕西某电厂135MW循环流化床锅炉屏式再热器管(材质为SA-213TP304H)浇注料内部水平管段发生爆管泄漏,停炉后检查,发现爆口管段没有明显减薄、磨损、胀粗、过热及氧化现象,附近众多管子表面存在环向裂纹,后送陕西电力科学研究院对失效管样进行化学成分、微观金相分析及力学性能测试.结果表明:该类屏式再热器裂纹开裂起源于外壁,沿晶界向内壁扩展,开裂附近存在众多沿晶裂纹,沿晶裂纹相连,逐步吞噬晶粒,直至穿透泄漏,确定屏式再热器管失效的主要型式为晶间腐蚀开裂,浇筑料内管段损伤比光管部分严重.为增强管材的抗晶间腐蚀能力,后将屏式再热器材质升级为SA-213TP347H管材,至今未发生晶间腐蚀开裂泄漏现象.

A power plant in Shaanxi circulating fluidized bed boiler platen reheater (MaterialSA-213TP304H),the inside pouring pipes crack but we don't find any reduction,abrasion,dilatancy,overheat and combus-tion,some nearby pipes face have crack,then we send them to electricity science institute to analyze the chemical component,microstructure,mechanical properties test for invalid pipes.The result shows that plat-en reheater crack is because the outside grain boundary expands to inside,some grain boundary conjoint crack in the crack place,covers crystal particle and makes it crack.The reason is that platen reheater is in-valid for grain boundary crack,pouring material pipe destroyed seriously than light pipe.To strengthen inter-granular corrosion resistance of pipe materials,we change platen reheater into SA-213TP347H pipe materi-als,haven't found crack and leakage.
