基于当前中医专业学位博士研究生培养现状,结合近2年助教实践,介绍了北京中医药大学第一临床医学院博士研究生助教的选拔机制、工作内容、评价体系、实施要点及注意事项,探讨助教制度在中医专业学位博士研究生培养中的意义.指出助教制度可提高专业学位博士研究生的教学能力,拓宽知识面,提高专业知识的运用能力,实现其"医疗、教学、科研"能力均衡发展,有利于培养复合型人才,适应社会发展需求,值得进一步探索.

On the basis of present situation of training TCM PhD students with professional degree, this paper combines its 2 years teaching assistant practice experience to introduce how the Dongzhimen Hospital applies the teaching assistant system in terms of selection mechanism, work contents, appraisal system, implementation key points and precautions. It is pointed out that the teaching assistant system can serve to improve PhD students ' teaching ability, broaden their knowledge scope, increase their professional knowledge application ability, so as to realize a balanced development of medical treatment, teaching and scientific research ability nurturing. This system contributes to training of inter-disciplinary talents to suit social needs and thus deserves further exploration.
