目的 探讨检验科医源性感染的预防及控制措施.方法 采用回顾性分析方法,统计入选样本医源性感染发生情况,分析2012年入选样本发生医源性感染的原因并制定相应预防措施,2013年再对比分析医源性感染性发生率.结果 经过各项设施的完善、人员的规范培训、各项管理措施的落实,2013年度医源性感染率明显低于2012年,差异有统计学意义(x2 =4.512,P＜0.05).结论 制定相关管理措施、提升工作人员自我防护意识、严格遵守无菌操作原则、合理处理医用垃圾、落实隔离措施等防护制度有助于降低医源性感染发生,值得推广应用.

Objective To investigate the prevention and control measures of nosocomial infection in department of laboratory.Methods A retrospective analysis of selected samples of iatrogenic infection statistics, was conducted to analyze the likely reasons for selected 2012 nosocomial infection samples, and thus develop appropriate preventive measures.The incidence of hospital-acquired infections in 2013 was compared and analyzed after the measures were implemented.Results After improvement of the facilities, standardized training of personnel and implement management measures, the rate of nosocomial infection in 2013 was significantly lower than the annual iatrogenic infection rate in 2012, and the difference was significant (x2 =4.512, P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions Development of relevant management measures, enhancing staff' s awareness of self-protection, strictly complying the principles of aseptic and reasonable treating medical waste, implementing quarantine measures and other protective systems can help reduce iatrogenic infection, so the measures are expected to be widely applied.
