目的 探讨复方丹参滴丸联合西药治疗老年冠心痛的效果.方法 随机选取2012年8月至2014年8月老年冠心病患者70例,依据治疗药物分为两组,每组35例.对照组予以阿司匹林治疗,观察组在对照组基础上予以复方丹参滴丸治疗,比较两组疗效.结果 观察组治疗有效率91.43%高于对照组71.43%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后NO为(81.26±7.85) μmol/L高于对照组,ET-1为(69.22±6.97) pg/ml低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 复方丹参滴丸联合西药能够改善老年冠心痛患者血管内皮功能,提高临床疗效.

Objective To investigate the effect of compound danshen dripping pills combined with western medicine on senile patients with coronary heart disease.Methods From August 2012 to August 2014, 70 senile patients with coronary heart disease were randomly selected, and divided into two groups according to therapeutic drug, with 35 cases in each group.The control group received aspirin, while the observation group was combined with danshen dripping pills.The effects of the two groups were compared.Results The effective rate in the observation group was 91.43 % , which was higher than that in the control group(71.43%), the difference was significant (P < 0.05);NO of the observation group after treatment was (81.26 ± 7.85) mmol/L, which was higher than that of the control group, ET-1 [(69.22 ± 6.97) pg/ml] was lower than that of the control group, the differences were significant (P < 0.05).Conclusions Compound danshen dripping pills combined with western medicine can improve the vascular endothelial function of senile patients with coronary heart disease and improve the clinical efficacy.
