Ganqu Wetland%autumn%soil sarcomastigophora%biodiversity
2014年秋季,采用活体观察法对西藏拉萨市林周县境内的甘曲湿地土壤肉鞭虫进行了多样性研究.共记录了83种肉鞭虫,隶属于2亚门5纲11目16科37属(包括11种未定名种).其中鞭毛亚门66种,肉足亚门17种.在鞭毛亚门中,植鞭纲(Phytomastigophorea)有60种,占鞭毛亚门物种总数的90.9%,动鞭纲(Zoomastigophorea)有6种,占9.1%;在肉足亚门中叶足纲(Lobosea)有10种,占58.82%.丝足纲(Filosea)有2种,占11.76%,太阳纲(Heliozoea)有5种,占29.42%.各样点的Gleason-Margalef从1到5号样点为3.89、3.20、5.57、3.98和4.20,其中3号样点多样性指数最高.1到5样点之间的Jaccard相似性系数均为中等不相似或极度不相似.甘曲湿地土壤肉鞭虫物种丰富,物种组成呈独特性,垂直分布上呈现明显的表聚性.

Biodiversity of soil sarcodines and flagellates in the Ganqu-wetland were studied by using"non-flooded petri dish method"and in vivo observation in autumn 2014. A total of 83 species were recorded (includ-ing 11 unknown species) belonging to 37 genera, 17 families, 11 orders, 5 classes, 2 subphylums. The results showed that there were 60 species of Phytomastigophorea, 6 species of Zoomastigophorea, 10 species of Lobosea, 2 species of Filosea and 5 species of Heliozoea. Gleason-Margalef biodiversity index were 3.89, 3.20, 5.57, 3.98 and 4.20 for1 to 5 simple sits respectively. Jaccard similarity coefficients indicates a moderate or an extreme dis-similar in species composition between individual simple site. In conclusion, the soil samples from Ganqu wet-land has rich soil sarcomastigophora species with unique species composition and clear surface aggregation in their vertical distribution.
