研究北苍术种子出苗及生长发育的适宜覆盖物.对不同覆盖(地膜、稻草、松针)处理北苍术种子出苗及植株生长状况进行研究 ,测定了出苗期土壤温度及土壤含水量.各覆盖物处理中 ,出苗率由高到低顺序依次是地膜覆盖>松针覆盖>对照>稻草覆盖 ;地膜覆盖处理最好 ,土壤温度高 ,种子出苗早且出苗率高达72.8% ;稻草覆盖处理土壤温度最低 ,种子出苗率也最低;差异显著性分析表明 ,地膜覆盖能显著增加根粗、根重、单株重( P<0.05 ).温度是影响北苍术种子出苗的主要因素 ,覆盖处理通过改变土壤温度能明显影响出苗.

Determine the optimum mulching on germination and seedling growth of Atractylodes chinensis(DC.)koidz..To investigate seed ger-mination and seedling growth of A.chinensis (DC.)Koidz.under different mulching (no mulching ,film ,straw ,pine needles ) ,at the same time soil temperature and water content in period of emergence were measured.Under different mulching treatment ,the germination rate order is film>pine needles>no mulching>straw.film mulching were best ,which had the highest soil temperature ,seed germination early and germination rate up to 72.8%.Straw mulching had the lowest soil temperature and germination rate.Significance analysis of traits showed that the film mulching increased significantly root length ,root diameter and single root weight ( P<0.05).Temperature was a major factor affecting seed ger-mination.Mulching could significantly affect the germination by changing soil temperature.
