以黑曲霉(Aspergillus niger)XSY0607为试验材料,利用纤维素作为碳源通过液体深层发酵,对其进行产生柠檬素研究. 试验结果表明在7L小型发酵罐中接入种龄为1d的种子培养液、30℃通风搅拌培养5d的培养条件下,其适合产酸的条件为为:水稻秸秆粉6%、蛋白胨5%、聚乙二醇0.1%、初始pH为6.5,该试验结果为黑曲霉XSY0607菌株利用纤维素作为原料发酵生产柠檬酸的工业化生产和应用提供了一定的参考.

Aspergillus niger XSY0607 as experimental material, using cellulose as a carbon source by submerged fermentation, the study on the producing lemon. The experimental results showed that access in 7 L small fermentation medium for age, 1 d seeds 30 ℃ ventilation mixing cultured under 5 d conditions, the suitable conditions for producing acid:rice straw powder 6%, peptone 5%, polyethylene glycol 0.1%, initial pH value of 6.5, the test result of Aspergillus niger XSY0607 using cellulose as raw material for industrial production and application of citric acid fermentation provides certain reference.
