道德问题往往背后有深层的心理原因,从马斯洛需要层次理论、职业倦怠理论和"80后"心理特征等心理学的角度切入,通过谈话法、问卷法、档案研究法,对贵州某职业技术学院新进的182名教师职业道德进行了研究.结果表明,新进教师"离职率"偏高,"不愿意承担和担当"问题比较严重,"教书育人"做得不够.针对出现的问题,建议把心理学知识运用到职业院校新进教师的招聘、成长和管理中去.

Ethical issues are often derived from the psychological problems. From the perspectives of Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory, the theory of occupation burnout and the psychological characteristics of the generation after 1980s, this paper studied the situation of professional ethics of 182 teachers recruited newly by a vocational and technical college in Guizhou by conversation method, questionnaire method and archival method. The study results showed that the proportion of departure of new teachers is higher, the spirit of daring to bear is not enough, and the spirit of education and teaching needs to be improved. To solve the above problems, the paper put forward that psychology knowledge should be involved in the recruitment, development and management of teachers recruited newly by vocational schools.
