对灵芝酸培养基组成和发酵条件进行研究,通过设计正交试验得出提高灵芝酸产量的培养基和发酵条件的最佳组合,分别在A2、B3、C3、D1、E2、F2、G2下灵芝酸产量最高,提高灵芝酸产量的最佳发酵条件为:葡萄糖20 g/L,酵母膏1.5 g/L,VB 0.02 mg/L,温度为26℃,转速150 r/min,装液量100 mL/500 mL,最佳组合条件下,灵芝酸产量为1.68 g/L.1

The ganoderic acid composition of culture medium and fermentation conditions were studied.The best fermentation conditions about culture medium and fermentation conditions was attained through the orthogonal experiment .The results showed that the ganoderic acid was the highest in A2, B3, C3, D1, E2, F2, G2. The best suited conditions of raising ganoderic acid yield was as follows: 20 g/L glucose , yeast extract 1.5 g/L , V B 0.02 mg/L, 26℃, speed 150 r/min, fluid volume 100 mL/500 mL. Ganoderic acid production was 1.68 g/L under the condition of optimal combination. 1
