建立了气相-内标标准曲线法同时测定白兰地中甲醇、乙酸乙酯、糠醛、高级醇(正丙醇+异戊醇+异丁醇+正丁醇+仲丁醇)含量的方法,样品添加内标后直接进样,经CP-Wax 57毛细管色谱柱分离后用FID检测器进行分析.在所建立的最佳试验条件下,白兰地中各组分峰得到有效分离,标准曲线相关系数均在0.999 60以上,回收率在94. 9%~117.7 %之间.该方法灵敏、易操作、准确可靠,能够对白兰地中甲醇、乙酸乙酯、糠醛、高级醇进行准确的定性定量分析.

A method was developed for the determination of the methyl alcohol, ethyl acetate, furfural and higher alcohols (propanol +isoamyl alcohol +isobutanol +n-butanol +tert-butyl alcohol )in brandy using GC internal standard method. The samples were directly injected into gas chromatography with internal standard , and separated by CP-Wax 57 capillary column and then detected by FID detector.Under these optimal experimental conditions, the calibration curve for the compounds was in good linearity with a correlation coefficient of upwards 0.999 60. Recovery ratio of the compounds was 94.9%-117.7%. The results indicate that this method is handy, fast, veracious and practical for the routine analysis of methyl alcohol, ethyl acetate, furfural and higher alcohols in brandy.
