目的:探讨性格色彩理论对护理实习教学中PBL教学效果的影响.方法:根据学号按照随机数学表法将实习护生随机分为性格色彩针对性PBL带教组(实验组)和常规PBL带教组(对照组),通过出科成绩及自制的问卷调查评价BPL教学效果.结果:实验组实习护生的出科成绩、教学方法认同度、教学效果满意度及教学过程评价均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义;将对照组进一步根据性格色彩理论分组分析,红黄性格组的出科成绩、教学方法认同度、教学效果满意度及教学过程评价均高于绿蓝色性格组,之间差异有统计学意义.结论:根据性格色彩特征采取针对性的PBL教学可以更好地提高护生实习带教过程中的PBL教学效果.

Objective:To explore the effect of four-color personality analysis on problem-based learning method( PBL)in the teaching of nursing practice. Methods:96 undergraduate nursing students in our hospital were randomly divided into 2 groups and each group in-cluded 48 students. Traditional PBL teaching and four-color personality analysis directed to PBL teaching were respectively used in the control group and experimental group. Their Exam results and evaluation to the teaching method were compared. Results:It was showed that students'exam results in the experimental group were significant higher than those in the control group(P<0. 05),and they were showed higher degree of satisfaction to teaching mode,teaching effect and teaching process(P<0. 05). The date of control group was further compared between Red Yellow group and Green Blue group,and found the scores of Red Yellow group were higher than those of Green Blue group in the terms of degree of satisfaction to teaching mode,teaching process and teaching effect. Conclu-sion:The four-color personality theory can improve the effect of problem-based learning method in the teaching of nursing practice.
