目的:探讨情景教学模式与PBL教学模式相结合在内科学的教学中的应用效果.方法:医学本科生220人,分为传统教学组、PBL教学组、情景教学组及情景教学结合PBL教学组,比较各组间教学效果.结果:情景教学结合PBL教学组考核成绩显著高于传统LBL教学组( P<0. 01),且该组学生中大部分均认为这种教法可以激发学习兴趣和积极性,提高自身的操作能力,大多数教师认为这种二者相结合的教法可以提高学生的操作能力,增强学生对知识的理解和记忆.结论:将情景教学与PBL教学法相结合用于内科学理论教学中,提高学生自主学习能力、提高教学效果、提高临床医学生的综合素质.

Objective:To find out the effectiveness of using scenarios and PBL in the theoretical sessions of internal medicine. Meth-ods:220 students participated in conventional group or experimental group. Results:The test scores of the experimental group were significantly better than the conventional group(P<0. 01). The majority. of students in experimental group reckoned the new method promoted learning interest,gave them more incentive to learn and elevated their skills. The majority of teachers reckoned the new ap-proach could improve skills,promote understanding and memory of the knowledge. Conclusion:the new approach can improve learning ability,learning effectiveness and overall qualities of medical students.
