为提高本科生临床实习质量,神经内科教研室将以临床病例和问题为中心( CPBL)的教学方法应用于本学科的教学查房中.将80名本科实习生随机分为传统和CPBL教学查房组,出科时进行评估.结果发现CPBL组出科考试成绩及学生自我评定教学效果均明显好于传统查房组.因此CPBL教学法是提高本科实习生神经病学教学查房质量的有效途径之一.

To improve the clinical practice quality of undergraduates,clinical problem-based learning( CPBL)was used in neurological teaching rounds. 80 undergraduates were divided into CPBL and traditional teaching groups. The effects were assessed through exams and self-assessment of participants. The results showed the test scores and self-assessment results were better in CPBL group than in traditional teaching group. CPBL may be an effective way to enhance the teaching quality of neurology for undergraduates.
