探讨仙茅多糖的提取工艺并测定多糖的含量.采用均匀设计试验,进行水提醇沉法的优选;以葡萄糖标准液绘制标准曲线,用苯酚-硫酸,紫外分光光度法于620 nm波长处测定仙茅多糖的含量.当提取液提取温度、提取时间和液固比分别为100℃、30 min和10:1(mL/g)时,仙茅多糖的含量最大值为6.18%.经验证性试验证明所优化的条件可靠,适用于仙茅中粗多糖的提取.

To study the extraction technology and content of a polysaccharides of Curculigo orchioides Gaertn. The methods of water lifts and the alcohol immerse were used to extract of antibacterial circle diameter was tested by the method of polysaccharides of Curculigo orchioides Gaertn and the standard curve was made with the standard liquid of glucose. Phenol, vitriol and ultraviolet spectrophotometric method were used to detect the content of polysaccharides in Curculigo orchioides Gaertn at the wavelength of 620 nm. The optimun extraction process was extraction of temperature 100℃, the ratio of liquid to solid was 10:1 (mL/g), extraction time was 30min. The extraction ratio of the total polysaccharides was 6.18 %. The confirmatory tests prove that the optimal conditions are reliable and suitable for extracting polysaccharides from Curculigo orchioides Gaertn.
