利用超声波辅助提取法从白术中提取白术多糖,应用正交试验法优化提取条件.采用超氧阴离子自由基体系和DPPH体系对白术多糖的抗氧化活性进行初步研究.结果表明,白术多糖提取的最佳条件为:固体/液体的比率1:20(g/mL),提取40 min,超声波功率65 W和提取温度55℃,白术多糖的提取率为8.52%.活性试验表明:白术多糖具有清除DPPH自由基和超氧阴离子自由基的活性.

Ultrasonic-assisted extraction method was used to polysaccharides from Atractylodes macrocephala, and the orthogonal test was applied to optimize extraction conditions. Furthermore ,the antioxidant activities of Atractylodes macrocephala polysaccharides were evaluated by DPPH and superoxide anion radical scavengingactivities assay. The results indicated that the optimal conditions for Atractylodes macrocephala polysaccharides extraction as followings:solid/liquid ratios of 1 : 20 (g/mL), extraction time of 40 min, ultrasonic power of 65 W and extractiontemperature of 55 ℃ . Meanwhile,Atractylodes macrocephala polysaccharides had relatively higher scavenging activities on DPPH and superoxide anion radicals.
